The Hydraulic pump Replacement manual was provided by email when the hydraulic pump was bad and a replacement was ordered. ImprovementsRepairsMay of 2026In May of 2026 the platform tilt was not operating. When actuated the hydraulic pump ran but no motion occured. Lower than expected pressure was observed. Richard Franklin of Haulotte support raised issues and recommended a new pump and coupling kit. The coupling would prevent future damage to the pump. The pump was inspected and it seemed to be working properly and showing no signs of wear. A new coupling part #4001225690 was ordered and the new shaft was installed.
Lower than expected pressure from the pump (about 3000 lbs) was observed. The pressure control was adjusted to bring the pressure up to 3300 lbs. This had no effect on being able to adjust the platform tilt. Leg motion was slower than it used to be. The proportioning valve was adjusted to get motion rate changes. Turning it out 1.5 turns gave a medium leg extension rate. 2.0 turns out was a bit faster. 2.5 turns out gave what appeared to be the original normal rates. This did not change the basket tilt behavior. The platform relief valves were adjusted, trying a number of positions. 2 turns out gave us what seemed to be normal behavior for platform tilt motion. The software was updated after doing all of these tasks. This went smoothly with the minor issue that the lift control panel did not show when the update was successful. On the PC side success was properly indicated. This lack of knowledge prompted an additional support call. Because concerns were raised by Haulotte to make sure the update completed before touching anything the update was left sitting after completion for about an hour after the PC indicated success. Normal behavior in all motions was then observed. After the software update no parameters were changed and all motions seemed normal (and unchanged from before the update). April 2026New batteries were installed. August 2025On August 12, 2025 the controller part # B22-00-0067 was replaced. The old controller failed to light it's green light. The Lift control box software was version 2.22 and was not updated during the replacement but should be updated later in the week. Recalibration was not performed at the installation, might be done when the software is updated. The lift operated normally after installing the new controller.
These are the instructions for replacing
the controller which came with the new controller. (Click on

There is a serial port on the controller which allows the controller to be updated and configured. Instructions for connecting to the controller and a local copy of the Windows PC program to talk to it came from Haulotte. Wear Pad Installation inside steel boom
