This is the piston that failed in N8309N bringing about the major reconstruction of the firewall forward.




Removed Engine
The engine is removed and ready to be sent out for overhaul. The engine compartment has to be cleaned out and made ready for priming and painting.

Note that in this picture the nosegear is still in the aircraft. It will get removed and overhauled as part of the cleanup.
