CAI2NDB Application

The CAI2NDB program converts Cambridge Aero .DAT files to ILEC SN10 .NDB files. The program was written by Michael Newman and is copyright 1999 by Michael Newman. The right to use this program without charge is granted to the Soaring Community.

Installation Instructions

• Make an empty directory for the CAI2NDB program.
• Download the C2NDIST.ZIP file to the empty directory.
• Connect to that directory at a DOS prompt with: c:CD \cai2ndb
• Unzip the distribution program at the DOS prompt: PKUNZIP C2NDIST.ZIP
• Put your DAT files in the same directory and run the CAI2NDB program.

A common thing to do is to create a new shortcut on the desktop which runs the program in the C:\CAI\DATA directory.
